Our church supports the South Hall Community Food Pantry (SHCFP) by collecting peanut butter, jelly, pasta, pasta sauce, and canned fruit to help serve neighbors in need.

Lydia Whiting and Kathy Prater serve as co-chairs of this ministry and coordinate our participation with SHCFP. Volunteers are scheduled to serve every six weeks on Monday afternoons (4:00–6:00 PM) and Saturday mornings (10:00 AM–12:00 PM). Each shift needs 4–6 volunteers, and you are welcome to serve one or both days.

and is open:

• Mondays: 4:00–6:00 PM

• Thursdays: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM

• Saturdays: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM

New volunteers are always welcome to stop by, introduce themselves, and learn more about how the pantry operates.

FBUMC’s scheduled service weeks occur every six weeks on Monday and Saturday, and sign-up sheets are available on Sundays. During our service week, Lydia or Kathy will also coordinate bread pickup from Publix on Wednesdays.
