Golden Achievers

The Golden Achievers is a ministry at Flowery Branch UMC for retired/mature members of the congregation. 

​Our mission is to do good deeds for others in our community. 

Some of our projects are thanking the veterans for their service by sending Thanksgiving and Valentine's cards to the VA Hospital in Atlanta. 

​We also deliver 100 Christmas stockings to Willowood Nursing Home in Flowery Branch every year.

We share our faith and life experiences, we laugh and talk, and of course we eat!

If you are seeking fellowship with a mature group of Christians, join our group. 

We normally meet the 2nd Monday of each month at 10:30 am in the Fellowship Hall of the Church with lunch following the meeting at a local restaurant.​
